Psychologist

As a warm and authentic psychologist, I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate their unique journeys, not only through difficult times but also to thrive beyond these. I am grateful to work in an area where I can support individuals to feel safe, sharing and exploring some of their most vulnerable inner experiences. I believe that creating a comfortable space where someone can be free to explore what creates a rich and meaningful life is the most important thing in therapy.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, utilizing an eclectic style of treatment. I draw from various treatment modalities to tailor sessions around individuals’ specific needs at that point in time. This may entail deep exploration of goals and values, working through and managing current life transitions and stressors, or understanding and healing from past experiences.

I am also fascinated by understanding the intricate link between the body and mind, viewing health from a holistic perspective. This drives me to incorporate innovative approaches to treatment and stay up-to-date with research and evidence-based modalities.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy expressing and appreciating creativity through drawing, listening to music or going to live gigs. I enjoy connecting with nature usually somewhere in a rainforest or around a waterfall. But I also don’t mind a day of binge-watching crime docos or reality TV shows!
