I am a registered Psychologist who is passionate about helping clients work through their challenges and live a meaningful and authentic life. I have experience working with adolescents, adults and families within the community, NGO and Government sectors.

My approach is warm, empathetic and non-judgemental. I acknowledge that it can be scary to see a psychologist and will take the time to understand your fears and concerns. It is important for me to create a safe place for my clients to feel heard, talk openly about their difficulties, and start to heal.

I practice from a trauma-informed, attachment perspective with training and experience in multiple therapeutic modalities. I have a special interest in understanding the ways in which our culture, society and spirituality influence our mental health and well-being.
