I am a registered Psychologist who has a passion for drawing from my clinical experiences to help empower you to manage, cope and thrive in whatever your circumstance may be.
I currently spend my time in both Private Practice and working as a Psychologist with Queensland Health in an Adult and Older Persons Inpatient Acute Mental Health Service. I am a warm, empathic, and open clinician with extensive experience working with clients across the lifespan with a broad spectrum of presenting problems.
Over the past four years, I have held various roles in a variety of settings including Non-For-Profit organisations, hospitals, research, telehealth, face-to-face individual and group therapy.
I focus on a holistic approach to your care to ensure I am providing evidence-based psychological treatments which are individually tailored to each person I work with. I aim to focus on approaches and strategies that assist clients in gaining a better understanding of themselves, their difficulties, and developing effective ways to cope.
I understand that accessing a psychologist can be daunting. It is important to me as a clinician to provide a safe space for you to talk openly and honestly without feeling judged.

"A person's mental health affects how they feel, think, behave and relate to others. I recognise it takes incredible strength and courage to seek support. I believe the most crucial part of working with a psychologist is building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship."
