Psychologist
There are many seasons in life, and acknowledging that you need support takes courage. I am here to provide a space for you to strengthen your personal and social identity. I believe meaningful change happens when you allow vulnerability to blossom in a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable and deeply heard.

In my experience as a registered psychologist, I’ve worked in different organisational settings, including preventative healthcare and coaching for individuals and groups. I am straightforward, and I am capable of holding difficult emotions to help you understand what you are experiencing in your internal world. Building an immense amount of pressure in your mind and taking such a serious approach to life can be detrimental.
The therapy process is letting go of that pressure by processing your thoughts and connecting with your emotions.
My focus is to ensure our sessions are a safe place for you to explore your hopes, challenges, triumphs and perceived failures and to trust that amidst the trials, healing will take place.

In my spare time, I like to read and listen to interesting podcasts and lectures while going for a relaxing walk.
