Tara is a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about creating a space where others can feel heard, accepted, understood, and where emotions and thoughts can be explored non-judgementally. Tara is warm, caring, sensitive, and not afraid to have a laugh. She tends to take a creative, person-centred, and curious approach to sessions.

Tara has worked with individuals across the lifespan and has experience working with adolescents, students and professionals. She is interested in supporting individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-exploration, life adjustments, grief and loss, relationship issues, and trauma. 

Tara draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to help her clients move towards a more meaningful and purposeful life.
